HOW COMFORT HOME APPLIANCE BEGAN:
How We Started
When relocating in 2009 to the awesome City of Las Vegas, after running an Appliance Repair and A/C company in Pompano Beach, FL, I interviewed with a few Appliance Repair Companies here and tried out a couple of them. I found that my idea of a "Quality Appliance Repair Company" and the repair companies here were not the same. Others were more interested in, what I felt was, cheating the customer, over pricing and underpaying their technicians.
Well that angered me and I decided to bite the bullet and open up Comfort Home Appliance. As of September 1, 2009, we successfully began serving our customers here in Las Vegas and we have been strong ever since with a strong repeat customer base and many high volume clientele.
Unlike other companies, we are very particular and strict on the technicians that come to work for us. They must possess experience in everyday appliance repair and pass a written and verbal technical testing prior to beginning with us. They are required to obtain proper certifications according to their level of expertise and they are paid as our employees and are not allowed to sub-contract or moonlight. This allows for better Comfort Home Appliance Quality Control so that our customers receive nothing but the best honest and complete repairs.
Our standards are high in the office in providing the best customer service for all our clients and we expect no less from our Technicians. We have interviewed and trained many Technicians and Apprentices and none would make the cut or stay with us if they couldn't abide by the Comfort Home Appliance High Repair and Customer Service Standards.
Flat Rate Pricing
We do not make up the repair price, rather we have a flat rate pricing system where Technicians are not allowed to make up their own prices like they did with other companies. Our rates stay the same according to the type of job across the board. It protects the home owner using the flat rate pricing system. Pricing is the same no matter the time it takes the technicians to complete the job. We are priced by industry standards and know what it takes to the get job done right the first time and our system prices it accordingly.
Comfort Home Appliance cares and will do everything we can to save you money and make sure your appliance only gets the repairs it needs and we provide you with options.
All estimates are done in writing, whether it's in person or by email. You will know how much it will cost so you can make an informed decision to repair or buy a new. We do not pressure you and we don't make un-needed repairs.
So call the Company Who Cares. Comfort Home Appliance.
